Burbank residents are rediscovering the satisfaction of restoring the health and productivity of their soil by simply combining the leaf and grass clippings from the yard with food scraps from the kitchen. Workshops are free, fun for the whole family, and each Burbank household is given a compost bin (worth $100). Bins distributed at workshops or at Burbank Recycle Center. Call to RSVP 818.238.3900.
